Made-to-order items have a processing time of 3–4 weeks.

Select ready-to-ship pieces dispatch within 1–2 business days.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns for store credit on non made-to-order items only, if requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

Made-to-order items are only eligible for return if they are faulty. Faulty item claims must also be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

Unworn

Unwashed

Undamaged

With original tags attached

Name and email used for the order

Your return or exchange request

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Store credit will be issued after we receive and inspect the item

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

For size or item exchanges, let us know in your email—we’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & DUTIES

International orders may be subject to taxes, customs fees, or import duties upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid directly to the courier.

We do not cover or reimburse these fees.
If charges are refused, the parcel will be abandoned, and no refund or store credit will be issued.
